In his 33 years of exclusive criminal trial practice, Mr. Newhouse has tried more than 300 jury trials in State and Federal courts throughout California.
He is admitted to all California Federal District courts as well as Federal District courts in Washington, Utah and Nevada.
He has argued cases before the 9th
Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Supreme Court and several California Courts of Appeal.
